The Kerian Sizer has been proven to be the best way to gently, accurately and rapidly sort sweet potatoes by size. The rollers gently carry the sweet potatoes forward while the distance between the rollers slowly and gradually increases so that the potatoes will be brought by the takeaway conveyor beneath the rollers to the side of the sizer, neatly graded by size.

The sizes that the potatoes are sorted into can be quickly and easily adjusted by moving the dividers on the takeaway conveyor.
